Where do I go? (Infant-5 yrs)

When you walk into FBC, our Front Door Ministry team would be happy to show you to our Kids on the Hill (KOTH) counter which is located in the East lobby! Our KOTH host will then help check your child into our database system, and will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

After finding your child's name in the database, you and your child we be given matching identification labels! Your child will need to wear their name label, while you keep the matching one. After our service ends, take your label to your child's room and show it to our KOTH volunteer so your child can be released back to you.

What do I need?

We will ask for the following information: family members' names, children’s names and birth dates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.

What happens if I'm needed during the service?

If our KOTH volunteers need to contact you in any way during the service, they will send you a text message to the phone number listed on the child's tag. If they can't reach you through text, we will flash the 4 digit code on the parent/student label onto the corner of the screens in the worship center.

If you see your 4 digit label number, we would then ask that you would leave the service to find the KOTH host in the lobby!
